Suggest Treatment For Headache And Soreness On The Nose

I fell on black ice 2 days ago. I still have a head ache and both sides of my neck is sore. The pain level 4 pm a scale of 1 -10 with 10 being the worse. I have been coming to work each day and going about my normal duties and chores at home. Should I be alarm?
