Suggest Treatment For Headache And Swollen Glands

I have a headache when I wake up and my glands are swollen on the left side od my head! Also my face is breaking out and the top of my head as well! No health insurance so the hospital treats me like ... you get the idea! What could be wrong and some advice on were to see a doctor you can pay like a local clinic
