Suggest Treatment For Headache And Tingling In My Arms And Legs

I am a 17 year old female who has a positive ana with titers of 1:160. I have headaches that subsided when I stopped drinking soda. I also have had tingling in my arms and legs. When my hands get cold, my fingers turn white or sometimes blue. My doctor doesnt think it is lupus. What else could it be?
