Suggest Treatment For Headache And Vomiting

My Boyfriend who is 17, has a throbbing headache, vomited twice in the last 48hrs, and experiancing fatigue, neasea and a raised tempreture? He did eat dinner last night and has managed to keep it down. He is fairly healthy and doesnt normally get ill. what could it be?
