Suggest Treatment For Headache, Bloating And Sore Throat

I recently started a prednislone course after a relapse with ulcerative colitis as well as this the IBD nurse suggested I start back on aziothioprine which I have taken over the weekend I am really bloated have a bit of a headache and a sore throat is this normal and will it ease up as time goes on
