Suggest Treatment For Headache Caused By A Fall

I was outside just over a day ago and i slipped on some ice. I fell on my back, hard and hit the back of my head. I did not pass out but right away I had a rather large headache and was a bit dazed. I took some ibuprofen and was awake a few hours before i went to bed. before i went to bed it had been 6 hours since the fall and i still had a dull but persistent headache so i layed a cool rag on my head while i slept. its been a day and i still have a dull headache but am exhibiting no other signs. I think I had a mild concussion, would that be right? and I am also scheduled to fly home (2 planes almost 4 hours of flight) later today. is it safe for me to fly?
