Suggest Treatment For Headache Due To Knocking Of Head

hi I knocked my head on the edge of the door about a month and a week a ago. I had headache the next day and it lasted for almost the entire week, then i went to see the doctor. he sent me to do a ct scan and everything was ok from the scan. Ever since I ontinue to get headache, mostly on the left side where was hit. However now the headache pattern seem to be changing, as i am feeling a sharp shooting pain all over mostly on the same sport and tightness on both sides of temple. Also my eyes feel like they are pulling sensation when this is happening. The headache is just constant. Do you think somthing serious could be wrong? Thanks you so much
