Suggest Treatment For Headache In A Child

hi, I have a 6 yr old daughter that had a fever for 2 days and since then she is complaining of a headache that lasts all day, she pinpoints the headache on her forehead. She has no symptoms and is very active and eats well and plays all day. please advise
