Suggest Treatment For Headache In Area Of Being Hit

I fell quite hard 10 days ago onto the back of my head in a ski locker room with a concrete floor. I have been having persistent headaches since the, in the area hit and also 'pressure' pain at the top of my head. I do not usually suffer headaches. Do I need to see my GP?
