Suggest Treatment For Headache , Lower Back Pain And Brown Discharge

Hello im 37+3 weeks and the past week iv had a tiny bit on brown discharge on the tissue only when i wipe after a wee and since ive been getting lower back pains and buttock pains also ive got headaches making me dizzy, im feeling sick and my shoulders hurt also keep getting sharpe pains deep inside my vagina. Is this a sign labour is closing in??? Laura x
