Suggest Treatment For Headache & Nausea

Hello I am a girl of 17 years who have big problems with headaches, dizziness, nausea, stuttering and disorders of hearing. This has lasted for several months, but has built up more and more over the past 5 days. The pain is so severe that I am in bed and taking a heavy dose of painkillers (1 g paracetamol and 400 mg ibux) 3 times a day.
The local doctor thinks that it is due to a concussion in January 2008, while emergency room says it is migraine (medications denied on the stand).
In the family, the father (33 years) had my stroke in 1999, my Uncle (38? Years) in 2000, my grandmother (62? Years) in 2001 and my other Uncle (32? Years) in 2001.
It was taken several x-ray of the head in 2009 (January, February), but the pain was about 1.5 years later.
Now, it is expected in regard to the neurologist.
