Suggest Treatment For Headache & Nausea

I have headache and feel like vomitting but not vomitted from 2 days, on the first day I took crocin it was ok in 2-3 hours. Yesterday again it started and even now i have the feeling of heavy head and it feels better when i close eyes. I am 38 yrs old, 5ft 10 ", weighinh 78kgs and using spectacles for 20yrs and never experienced this kind of pain for so long. Thank you venkatesh Murthy
