Suggest Treatment For Headache, Neck Pain, Numb Face And Eye Pain

my doughter is 19 and about a yr ago she was riding in car and got sudden neck pain and headache and numbness in face, took her to er and the said migraine which she has never had ! now she is complaining with the same symptoms along with her eyes hurting, and she constantly rubbing them, she says they feel tired and they look droopy at times, so it has gotten worse
