Suggest Treatment For Headache & Ringing In The Ears

My 2 year old bumped his head into mine. He acted as if nothing happened but I've had a headache for several hours & ringing in my ears & brief nausea. Is it possible I could have a concussion from such a minor hit. I've been dealing with stuffy head from sinus & am thinking the hit just made it worse.
