Suggest Treatment For Headache, Runny Nose And Cough

hi i have a 7 month old and a 2 year old...I am 23 we have been sick for 4 months now...My daughter is fine when she goes to daycare but gets sick again as soon as she is in my house...Our symptoms are headaches, runny noses, coughs...They both have had vomitting suddenly and dirraha I have had the same...This has been going on for 4 months...Our emergency clinic keeps saying its the flu but i dont think it is...I would like some advice because my friend (who is a nurse) says that it could be due to unseen mold...I am a healthy 23 year old normally
