Suggest Treatment For Headache & Swelling

hi i have a high temp and my muscles ache pretty much all over my body, ive been suffering with a bad headache for ages now. last night my right ankle was slighly swollen and now my wrists ache and i cant stand for long periods or hold anything heavy, please can you help me.
