Suggest Treatment For Headache While Standing Up

I have been taking an antibiotic for about 1 week now. I still continue to get a headache when I stand up. It is through the bridge of my nose and over both eyes. I take blood pressure medicine but it is normal. I also take a multi-vitamin, fish oil.

I am 47, 5'6" and weight approximately 250 lbs.
