Suggest Treatment For Headache With Sleeplessness

Hi, I have a daughter who is 12 years old. For the last 3 or so weeks she has been complaining of headaches [at the temples] and fatigue. Sometimes she wakes up in the morning and tells me how tired she feels. One other problem is that she has complained of seeing flashy shiny streaks of disturbing things in her eyes and she has to close them tight when that happens and lie down for a while. What could that be and are the two issues related?
