Suggest Treatment For Headache With Struggle To Focus

I have a pain at the front of my forehead, constant pressure and it makes me squint. I get this in a morning when I wake up and this can last until going to sleep at night. I also have a pain in the back of my neck near the nape. The headache causes my eyes to feel heavy and i struggle to focus although my vision is still the same.
