Suggest Treatment For Headache

I have a headache that seems to move to my head position. If I lay on my front, it concentrates in my forehead. If i stand up straight, it concentrates at the base of my skull. Is this common in twelve year olds that have started their period? By the way, both my mom and my dad have migraines.
