Suggest Treatment For Headache

I have this headache problem for last few years where it starts at teh base of the neck and moves up and becomes so severe that no pain killer works and it last 8-15 hours. During that time I cant sit or lie down or eat anything as it increases the pain. I keep standing or walking for hours till it goes away. Whom to meet to get myself fixed.
