Suggest Treatment For Headache

I am 26 female. Over the past two weeks I have experienced a bad headache on the left sid of my head, not at the front, more the side. It has occured on 3 times now and lasted for a couple of days. I have not experienced this type of headache n the past. Starts like a dull, heavy ache and has got worst before better. I have also noticed over the past few weeks that my usual bright eyes are more tired and dull than normal.
