Suggest Treatment For Headache

I am a 44 year old female and have been having headaches for the past 6 weeks. Nothing severe just feel like a stabbing in the head and sometimes pressure. Never in the same place, like they move around my head. I am 5'4" and weight 140 have hypothyroidism, take a statin to maintain cholesterol levels and take an antidepressent for anxiety.
