Suggest Treatment For Headache,dizziness And Nausea

I've have a slight headache for a few weeks now, dizzyness if i move too quickly and once in a while i'm nauseous, just curious on possible reasons before i go to a doctor since I'm in the military and it's a pain in the butt to get an appt scheduled with with military.
