Suggest Treatment For Headache,dizziness And Shortness Of Breath

I was just sitting down and i had a slight headache. Suddenly I was short of breath and my heart kept beating faster and I got very dizzy. A couple of minutes later it stopped, but I had a severe headache. Still fell a bit dizzy, but not too bad. A little weak and tired.
