Suggest Treatment For Headache,dizziness And Sweating

Hello I am a 16 year old female and the area that I live in is really hot. I am in a room with air conditioning but that is not working. I went to sleep with the air conditioner on for four hours and I woke up drenched in sweat from head to toe, with a headache and feeling light headed. I took tylenol and put a cold rag on my head b ut that is not working. Please help.
