Suggest Treatment For Headache,nausea,sweats And Chills

Hello. Yesterday I was on a train and I felt nauseous and I didn t feel well. I arrived at my home with my heating off and put it back on. I was shaking from head to toe. I went to work and I felt like crap. My body was so cold but then at one point I was boiling hot. Once I finished work, I feel worse than ever so I went home and lay down but this proved to be difficult with a horrible headache, nausea, sweats and chills. I was hot and cold and shaking. I felt dizzy also. Do you know what this could be? I slept from 6pm until 8am this morning, waking up through the night. I took a ibuprofen at 530 and it seemed to work.
