Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Body Pain

please help im 18 years old and i have these head aches and body pains, and it wont stop hurting. its starts in my ears, sometimes my temples and this pain, it feels like a sharp object running from my temple up, and down thhe back of my head, and if its my ear it just goes straight down. my entire body is in pain its been goin on for about 4 days now, i feel like i cant pain any attention to anything cause it hurts so bad, my bed room is downstairs, i cant barely get up the stairs in the morning, please help.
