Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Bruised Spot On Spine

I have a spot on my spine that has been hurting me for over a month. No trauma or injury. It more noticeable at nighttime when I m laying down. It feels like a bruise but I can t see a bruise anywhere, just sensitive to the touch like a bruise. As of this week I have woke up with the worse headaches for 3 days and feel very fatigued. Like I might be getting the flu. I don t know if that has anything to do with the spot on my spine. I m just getting nervous.
