Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Fluctuating BP

I have had a headache for four days I checked my blood pressure yesterday and it read 147/103 with a pulse of 80.
Today I took my blood pressure again, I still have a headache and it's now 128/92 with a pulse rate of 117
Should I be worried about this?
