Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Ringing In Ears After Head Injury

I was in auto wreck 12-14-14. Hit my front head with no open wound. Neck very painful. I am on blood thinner Warfin and had CAT scan of head and neck. No bleed noted. I have continued to have daily hea daches with ringing in my ears. Neck pain with poor ROM. I have miagraines but this is nothing like a miagraine. I have some foggy eye sight at times. Any suggestions? Thanks Nan
