Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Sinuses

Hi, may I answer yourueries right now ? Please type your query here...I've got a really sore neck and headache I'm trying to ne smart thinking allergy or sinuses but now thinking it's more complex. Not running a fever now but lastnight it was 100.8 now I'm at 98.1. Ihave really bad cold sweats and feel achy all over and exhausted. I'm coughing up mucous and coughs are productive I was thinking that could be reason of headache my chest hurts to take deep breaths I hear gurggles most times inhaling or exhaling deep breaths. I am a smoker though the past 3 months I have smoked only 3 packs total. My skin feels hot and on the left side of my throat I have knots that literally sound like rolling over my trachea. Now no sore throat but lots of drainage. Mainly my neck is what's bothering me it hurts to turn head side to side. I've read and keep coming across meningitis and I really have tried to think of other reasons but my body weakness is getting worse. Today is day 4 and by far the worst I've felt. My back hurts also feel like my muscles are contracted and can't release. Please help me put my mind at ease or I really need to go to ER. I have no insurance recently being layed off from my job. I am going back to school so stress is present though dont believe my source.
