Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Stiff Neck

Hi,

I have spondylolysis of L4 since I was born... I have had terrible headaches mostly behind my left eye for as long as I can remember, since childhood. I noticed that my neck also feels stiff especially when I get these headaches. What can I do to prevent them?
