Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Tinnitus

Hi i am 47 years old,150 pounds,5'5 and have only had a hand full of headaches my whole life. i had my gallbladder out 4 weeks ago two weeks ago i got a sudden headache on my left side just above my neck that has not gone away about three days later i got this matalic taste in my mouth that has not gone away i've had ringing in my ears pretty consistant four about two months i've had these sharp and dull pains on both sides of my stomach in and around my back erea ( kidneys ) on and off for about two months, the last couple of days it seems to hurt worse when i lay down. I've been pretty healthy all my life except a couple of broken bones. Please help
