Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Trouble Sleeping After Hitting Head

Good Afternoon, I was helping my mom lift lawn furniture when one of the bars came down and hit me on the top of my head now for 2 days have been having headaches, trouble sleeping at night and yesterday my headache was so serve it was pounding in my left arm. should I go to the Emergency Room?
