Suggest Treatment For Headaches Caused After Face Injury

I got hit in the face in October and have screws and plate in my face along my cheek bone and mesh under my eye. I am constantly in pain and having headaches. I ve tried motrin Advil alieve to try to get it to stop but nothing works. Ice and heat too. What can I do
