Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Confusion And Shortness Of Breath

My sympyoms are headaches, confusion, executive function decline, shortness of breath, muscle weakness, nerve pain, dizziness, balance issues, blurred vision, hyper reflexes, and tinnitus. My cervical MRI report states that I have diffuse hypo intensity at T1. Also, I had a high level of ALP on my last labs. I have levo curve @T3-T4, dexo curve at T9-T10, and lumbar levorotoscoliosis, from my x-rays. My cervical MRI states that I have a Cervical lordosis and levo curve,with osteophytic spurring from C3 thru C6. My PCP only wants to wait and watch. 1) Should I be concerned about the hypo intensity marrow + elevated ALP? 2) Could any or some of my symptoms be related to my neck?
