Suggest Treatment For Headaches In Evening

Hi, I am Madhura and my brother gets this headache for like 10 minutes everyday mostly during the evening. He is sixteen and has been smoking a few cigarettes everyday for almost three years. He wont see a doctor and has a tendency to smoke whenever he gets the headache. He says it helps but I think its a really unhealthy way.
