Suggest Treatment For Headaches Long After Surgery On Skull

I had surgery when I was 17. They removed a small piece of skull bone. I have a titanium plate in my head. I am now 31. I am now having headaches. Can the headaches be due to the scar tissue? I have a huge bump on the top of my head from the surgery. Also what can be done to help with the headaches?
