Suggest Treatment For Headaches Post Head Injury

Fell on ice over 10 days ago don't recall hitting my head but next day head is sore and hurts to touch. Even hurt to touch my hair in that area. Had slight headaches. Had small amount of liquid come out of ear clear and one sided face pain night of fall only. Now just hurts and still tender. Is this something I should go to doc for?
