Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Vomiting, Endometriosis And Lower Abdominal Pain

I have had a head ache for almost a week now and they get so bad I throw up and it feels like my head is going to explode. Also I have endometriosis and had surgery on January 6th for it and now my right lower abdomen is killing me like a stabbing on going pain I don t know if I should be seen or what to do.
