Suggest Treatment For Headaches With Hard And Cold Hands

Hi i am 16 years old and i have a headache for three days .....it started when i was taking a lecture at college and i lost ma focus and every thing around me was blinking i leaned on the table for a while then my left hand was getting hard and cold, then it felt rite and afterwards my lips from left side were getting hard and cold, i could'nt see any thing clearly and then i had a headache and i still have it and today is the third day
