Suggest Treatment For Hearing Loss And Speech Disorder In Children

My Grandson is an intermediate carrier of fragil x. He is ADHD/compined type, has tubes in his ears and has hearing problems, Anxiety Disorder, Mixed expressive and receptive speech disorder and behavior problems. He takes Ritalin for the ADHD/combined type and I have been told he is too young to address the Anxiety Disorder with Medication. He is low tone with sensory issues. He has a special chair and cushion for the low tone issue. Is it possible that he can be an Affected Carrier of Fragile X? And if so what should be my next step in helping him.
