Suggest Treatment For Hearing Loss Due To Blocked Eustachian Tube

i have a right sided blocked estacian tube. no pain. no infection. It has caused dullness of hearing. It does not pop when I hold my nose and mouth and breath into it. I tried a drop of caster oil last night with no result. I have a slow and sometime blocked lymphatic system as i get swollen legs. They improve when firmly massaged. I am overweight but diet does not help at all. I am 63 years old.The blocked inner ear came of eating cheese which I presume caused the blockage. YYYY@YYYY
