Suggest Treatment For Hearing Loss

I cannot even hear my watch beep. I can t hear a cricket chirp. I have so much loss that a hearing aid can t even amplify enough sound for me to hear it. Once its loud enough for me to hear it, I only hear it about 2 inches away and everyone else hears it way off about several yards away. The doctor won t do cochlear implant surgery on me because he doesn t care.
