Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations During Menopause

I am 49 year female ,I think my monopouse starts , till last month I had my piorids regularly this month I hv no piorids but when I am sleep my hearts rates goes so so high my Dr. Said its due to monopouse my heart like a fan only when I am sleep or going up through stairs tell what should I do thanks
