Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations, Shortness Of Breath And Chest Tightness

Hello i am a male age 19 ive been experiencing heart palpitations shortness of breath, chest tightness & just recently ive been having a pulsing sensation in my left armpit & left arm is numbing also i get random head aches but they last a short while only i am worried all this can lead to a heart attack or a stroke please help
