Suggest Treatment For Heat Rash

Good day I m a chef and while working in a very hot environment I developed heat rush? on my stomach, chest & my back. They have now made small scabs & are peeling. They are not as sensitive as they were two days ago, however I m on my days off & when I go back to work the rashes will flare up again as they did every day last week. I applied Prep cream which contains Borax, Menthol, Thymol, Camphor, Clove Oil & Phenol. This gave immediate relief. Would you be so kind as to let me know if heat rash is what I have & if the Cream I m using is correct. Many thanks Richard
