Suggest Treatment For Heavy And Painful Periods

Hi my name is Vivian Clements... hope you guys are fine...

To the Topic... My girl friend has Periods and when she gets it she has high bleeding and sever pain i am sure its not the pain that a normal girl has... she cries out in pain everytime wen she has this problem every month... is there a solution where the pain can be reduced... she takes allot of pills at the same time to avoid pain and her Uteres is weak .... Please adive and what would be her Diet before her periods can start and during her peroids time.
