Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding After Abortion

I had a medical abortion about 12 days ago, i had heavy bleeding, cramping and clotty discharge for about 6 hours after taking the 2nd pill, i had heavy bleeding for another 3 days and then bleeding started to slow down, almost stopping. now today i have had very heavy bleeding using a super tampon every 2- 2.5 hours and lots of clotting. is this normal?
